Really, what is Ferda? Is it a saying? Is it an episode? Is it the special edition? Maybe all three?

Ferda (the Special Edition)

Letterkenny: Ferda Edition is an amped up version of the show that features cast members commenting on various aspects of the show. These special editions are available on CraveTV, having been released in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

The deep dive into the lore and history of Letterkenny is not to be missed, so check out Letterkenny: Ferda Edition if you have a subscription to CraveTV. You could probably double up on the Letterkenny drinking game listening to the commentary.

Ferda Editions

  • Season 1 (2016)
  • Season 2 (2017)
  • Season 3 (2017)

Ferda (the Hockey Slang)

You will constantly hear Reilly & Jonesy saying Ferda throughout the series. It means, "For the boys". In this case, the boys in question are Reilly & Jonesy's hockey teammates. It's one of the more common quotes on Letterkenny. Plus, Shoresy.

Ferda (the Episode)

Ferda was the name of the Fourth Episode of Season Eight. In the episode, Reilly & Jonesy try and get BRODude Club Ferda going. Some Puppers beer gets consumed. Some Gus N' Bru gets shot. Roald gets in a fight. Same with Stewart. All in all, it's a rock solid episode.
